Bengt is an account executive in our Benefits department, focusing on providing life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, and 401k programs for businesses, life and health insurance for individuals, college funding solutions, and retirement planning. He assists clients in thinking well about their future - developing clear, long-term goals and the means to get there.

Experience

Bengt comes to us with 12 years of experience as an educator and writer. He taught reading, writing, research, public speaking, and world religions to 5th through 9th graders. He excels in taking complex ideas and presenting them in a clear manner.

Education

He earned a BA from Amherst College in Massachusetts, and an MA from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland.

Hobbies & Interests

He enjoys hiking, sailing, aikido, and travel (he has crossed the country 3 times, lived in Europe for a year, and spent 2 years traveling around the world. He lives in Seattle with his wife and three children.
